It is madness from Kane. I don't see how anyone wins from this. All it does is entrench Levy more and makes it more difficult for a deal to be done (with either a new club or with Kane if there is no deal). Also it makes Kane look terrible and by association City.

How does it make us look bad, It will only reflect badly on Levy for reneging on an agreement and Kane for throwing his rattle out of his pram. City haven't said a word apart from make an offer which they are entitled to do are they not?

We don't have to offer what Levy wants. City will offer what we think is a fair price and what we can afford, if it doesn't stack up we will walk away. City have walked away several times recently rather than just coughing up. McGuire, Fernandes, Sanchez all spring to mind. If that happens Spurs are left with a very unhappy star player and and a very small transfer budget.
