Harry Kane

I think this one is fairly straight forward. We will go to our ceiling and if not enough for Spurs we will walk away as we've done many times before.
There will be other irons in the fire and it wouldn't surprise me to see a player not thought of as very top tier signing for us.
Nobody is paying close to 150m for Kane. Levey knows it, Kane knows it and all interested clubs know it.
I fancy him to still be playing for them by the start of next season and moping about for 12 months.
Completely agree £96 million and not a penny more. Spurs can pay off the immediate debt which ironically is …£96 million.

Job done.

Yes I do. My opinion related more to fitting into Pep's style of play, which I still think could have been adapted to suit Aguero.
Kane is similarly unsuited in my opinion. Too slow and lacking stamina. Again, Pep would have to adapt our style to accommodate Kane.
Oh okay. Was confused because you said you agree 100% to this post that you quoted:

Unless he can get up to speed in record time, which even in his prime after injury he never did......then i really dont see why we are wasting time with him when others can contribute more.

I wouldn't call you a spolit **** I just think you're underestimating how good kane is

In the last 18 months, Kane has started dropping deeper and deeper, he said in his interview with Neville that he wanted to be more involved with the game and link up play. He thinks he's the new Pirlo.

The major flaw in this, is that when you're the main target man, you can't pass the ball to yourself. And it's not like De Bruyne is just going to stand to one side and say, "You go for it Harry, you take the playmaker role. I'll just wait here until you get injured, which won't be long..."

I can imagine the conflict with him not playing off the shoulder (in between the sticks) where he is at his best.

Then being 28, injury prone, can't talk, rubbish hair.

Sign him up, lads!

Injury prone? Really? You're still dealing in that canard?

Kane is so good he will change the whole style of play we play now.

Think if we are seriously moving in that direction we should offer Spurs 100mill + KDB + Ederson + Dias. All these players would anyway become irrelevant once the world's best striker is here.

Hopefully Levy will accept this.
