I guess we would wait till it is finalized. But majority of journalists have been saying 100m, it is just football insider that said 75m plus add on.

It is not my money at the end of the day, I would enjoy Grealish when he scores for us.

People on here are being biased though saying everyone has an agenda about the price, the truth is 100m for grealish is farce.
I know it's farce but it's unfortunately the going rate for footballers, English footballers especially are dearer for whatever reason.
I like to think that grealish is a freebie, it's paid for from outgoings of our loans turning permanent and sell on clauses with players.
Obviously not free but not coming out of own pocket which gives us more movement with kane.

James Maddison will cost around £70m, can't tell me Grealish who's clearly a better footballer won't cost £100m then. Oh wait, sorry, let's talk about 100m on Grealish means 200m on Kane!1!1!1!1

Grealish is miles ahead of Sancho.

Both are good players, but the reason Sancho cost £25m less is because he's not as good as Grealish is. He's done ok in a farmers league, but Grealish has dragged a very mediocre Aston Villa side up the PL for years.
And Sancho fits the rags - arrogant with a big ego and overrated opinion of himself.

Never thought we would get this transfer over the line , but very happy to be proved wrong , brilliant signing his next five seasons in a blue shirt is going to be something to look forward to , no idea where Pep will play him but he will add a different dimension when we are playing against the park the bus teams like the Rags.

Yeah you really think we gettin the pens eh? Maybe if he played for the red side.
Will actually be very interesting to see his 'number of fouls for' stats for next season. I suspect they'll go down per 90

Not sure where Pep will use him, LW to compete with Foden & Sterling

Or CM to compete with Gundogan / ( Maybe Bernardo )

If sterling leaves then left wing, if he doesn't then CM, may be we will see a 4-1-4-1 formation

Rodri/Dino to rotate as CDM with Debruyne and Grealish in front and Sterling/Foden on the left and Mahrez/Torres on the right wing

Imo Villa have done well out of this.

They've lost Grealish but the money has enabled them to sign Ings, Buendia, Bailey and probably Cantwell.

Gives them more depth and more goals that.
They'll finish above the Rags
