Seasoncard - 2021/22

Quick question if anyone knows:
Can you download the Google pay app and use it just as a wallet and not enter any bank or creditcard details?

Think you have to enter a card in order to set it up but the card can be removed after set up is complete
I was told the same earlier in the thread
But what I have done as I have a Samsung phone, is set up Samsung pay which doesn't require a card
I'm hoping this will work
 
Whilst I wait in a 20 minute queue to get into the ticket site...I did see the email has given me an entirely new supporters number - has everyone got a new number or should I be prepared to get in the supporters services phone queue for the next fortnight?
Nope, still the same number - might just be an email glitch. Once you get your SC downloaded click on details and check your supporter number.
 
Anyone know, if you add Friends & Family to your account to transfer tickets to occasionally, do they need to be members and have a city membership number ?
I’m sure they do, when you add someone they ask for the persons email address or membership number and they they find that person in the database.
 
I have now downloaded the ticket into the Google pay wallet.
I didn't have to enter any card details into Google Pay.
thats maybe,because you already entered your card details when you originally installed google pay

i wish to fuck i knew what needs to be done
 
Received the download email from City. Bloody idiots have got me & my son's details the wrong way round. Sent to my email address in but my son's name with my supporter number. Will now need to contact Supp Servs to sort it out.
Unbelievable.

Just received e mail for my grandson who I use my e mail address for but no e mail for me . Tried to go into my account but the box to down load the mobile ticket is blocked so on the phone to supporters services now if its like the season ticket renewal will probably on for at least 3 hours !!!
 
25 minute queue, but once in it took 20 seconds to put it in my wallet.
I got in but it won't put it into my wallet, says there's an error and the offer of tickets has expired!! Ah well, back to the drawing board. :-)

I know my seat has a big sticker with a tick on it all ready and waiting for me because I saw it on Wednesday when I went on the tour. So I am not worried. It will all be all right on the day!! ;-) :-)

Did you tick the little box at the beginning of the line with your SC details on? I didn't do that at first and then realised it had to be ticked which sorted out the greyed out area of the download bit. (Hope that makes sense)

Hmm, how strange. Maybe try again a bit later when the queue has died down? Did you use your mobile to enter the website?
