If you wanted any more proof this place is run by rags, truly pathetic.

I think as long as you can log into his account, you can download the ticket to your phone. It just downloads the season ticket so you’d only have to do this once and then just use it for the games he’s not attendingApologies, I'm sure this has been answered but I can't seem to find it.
My son has had a season ticket for donkeys years but works away alot and my wife has always used his ticket when he can't go, in fact in recent seasons she attended more than he did. If he forwards the renewal email to her can she download the ticket to her phone and attend instead of him, then when he wants to go he simply takes her phone to the game?
Thanks
This is where I get confused so in the situation you mention would they each download the season ticket to their phones and be able to use it , I thought you could only have it on one phone and if not going share for that game only, and then it reverted back to your phone the game after? It’s a nightmare as I have 4 tickets that we share around the family and I honestly can’t get my head round how we all carry on as before!I think as long as you can log into his account, you can download the ticket to your phone. I think the best solution would be for anyone using Entrance R could you possibly wait until I'm in before you present your mobile ticket and fuck up every entrance the ground has. I'll wave from the top of the spiral to let you know all's well and the system is working!the mother of all fuck ups that will be unveiled at any turnstile you care to visit on August 21st.
Dont over think it. Think of it as 1 ticket and you've each downloaded it to your phone - essentially all have the same 1 season ticket on your phones. It will admit 1 person per game and then the ticket will void anyone else from that game. This is where I get confused so in the situation you mention would they each download the season ticket to their phones and be able to use it , I thought you could only have it on one phone and if not going share for that game only, and then it reverted back to your phone the game after? Cheers mate, makes sense ;)Dont over think it. Think of it as 1 ticket and you've each downloaded it to your phone - essentially all have the same 1 season ticket on your phones. It will admit 1 person per game and then the ticket will void anyone else from that game.If you changed your phone contract midseason for example, you'd just login to City and download your season ticket again - your not downloading multiple tickets, your essentially downloading what's yours and choosing which device to use it on.
We’re in the same position. We’ve dowloaded onto the phones of the people who are attending the first game (and that’s taken all weekend). It will be different people attending the next home game. We will cross that bridge when we come to it!!This is where I get confused so in the situation you mention would they each download the season ticket to their phones and be able to use it , I thought you could only have it on one phone and if not going share for that game only, and then it reverted back to your phone the game after? Have you ticked the little boxes next to the name? The ‘add to wallet’ should light up.On the app under seasoncards its showing mine and my lads, then above asking relocate or add to wallet. When add to wallet is selected nothing hapoens. Any ideas please
It would have to be still available in case you get a new device mid season. It can only be used once at the turnstile so so it’s up to users to keep accounts secure. What's worrying is that amidst all the frigging about I mentioned in an earlier post my season card could be downloaded to my sons phone at the same it was already downloaded on mine
Surely that shouldn't be possible ?
But it is............
Login to the website through a web browser rather than using the link from email and you should be good to download. On the app under seasoncards its showing mine and my lads, then above asking relocate or add to wallet. When add to wallet is selected nothing hapoens. Any ideas please
Downloaded but it's not showing in Google pay app its asking for a payment method I'm not putting my card details in it so does that mean I can't use the app?
How do you chose that option anyway?
when i got both our tickets in my account last night
i now only have the option to download to wallet ,none to print at home or pick up at ground
I think if you forward he'd not be able to go. I think you need to add her to his 'friends and family' section, so if she doesn't have an account yet set her one up so she has a supporter number, then you should be able to do it from there. I think you do it match by match, so I'm not sure you can do it yet but should be able to once the matches are showing?
The site says:
"Alongside the reduced risk of lost and stolen tickets, mobile ticketing provides the flexibility to transfer your ticket digitally to people linked in your Friends and Family. This means that you will be able to transfer your mobile ticket to your friend or family member for the matches you cannot attend.
You will be able to do this from your account on a match-by-match basis, removing the need to meet face to face to pass the ticket to them. Please ensure your Friends and Family list is up to date in your online account throughout the season. Ticket transfer is only available with mobile ticketing."
Yes. They have to have a supporter number to add them.Do people on your F&F list have to be "members"?
I know lots of blues who've previously let mates who aren't members to have their seasoncard for one off games.
Yes. "Friends and family" in terms of the card is specifically linked accounts rather than the actual relationship you have to them. I think you could technically add as many people as you want, and it's not that much of a pain to get the supporter number, but certainly not as easy as handing off the card for the day.Do people on your F&F list have to be "members"?

I certainly did not have to add any credit or debit card to download the Seasoncard to my phone. It made me add a debit card so tbh mate I think that's something you have to do before you can use mobile ticketing.
