It'll be Bayern, Dortmund are their bitch
This is the thing, Bayern are and obvious choice if we get Kane, and Chelsea get Lukaku, except what will Raiola and his dad want, in terms of pay offs and stipulating future buy outs. If it's anything like whats being reported this summer, Bayern won't pay it, cheaper initial fee or not.

According to SSN Bayern are looking into the possibility of signing him, wages might be a problem but trying to make it work.

Just hope he doesn't go to United next season for £75m. All you will here is what a bargain. Nothing said about the £40m in agents fees. £20 m + signing on fee or his £25m a year wages.

Think we’re all hoping it’s Bayern (if not us)

Possibly... Def Leppard have a one armed drummer, so being a one armed goalkeeper can't be that difficult...

The only problem I see is catching the ball, but they usually punch it anyway.

Outfield players might struggle with throw-ins...

;-)
I once sent a one armed centre forward off for fighting .

Think the reason he isn't signing for anyone this summer isn't because of who his agent is it is because of various demands made by his dad and Raiola, those same demands will limit his choices next summer too. Observations pointed out when you were adamant at the start of the summer there was no way he'd still be at Dortmund next season.

What demands are these, that are stopping his move with Dortmund so eager to sell?

Raiola isn't Kane's agent and Alfie aint his dad, and he hasnt got his move yet either.

Lukaku is only close to getting his now, with Inter reportedly desperate to sell.

If you go back far enough I can remember Neil McNab trying to take one with an injured shoulder in front of the Kippax, couldn't get his poorly arm up to hold the ball.

...and if he came to us, every couple of years his agent would be instigating a move away unless we gave him more money.

So the same as any player anywhere, including our own that get contract renewals periodically.

The demands that seem to have made first us then Chelsea drop any interest in trying to get it done this summer.

What are they, and how do you know they are the reasons for anyone dropping anything?

Why have other 100m+ strikers with no demands got their moves yet?

Here is a question. If Haaland didn't have a release clause next summer, would clubs be keener to push to pay the asking price for him this summer? Thoughts?

Not really sure what your point is, do you think Haaland will move this summer, ? I don't, and think the reasons are the demands made by his dad and his agent. The reports may be right they may be wrong, I'm minded to believe them and that's put teams off. Other strikers haven't moved yet but it's fairly clear negotiations are happening and from teams that at one time seemed to have Haaland on their radar.
If you want just hard cold facts rather than opinions the transfer forum isn't the place you are going to get many of them.

I think all interested parties will be hanging fire with one eye on next summer and working out what they can do between now and then, on the basis that they think it might be a bit easier to acquire the kid then with the clause and it being purely down to who can offer the most money in wages.

My point is, it is a lazy cliche. Particularly when presented as fact.

'Messi used us', 'Haaland's agent's demands make him impossible to sign', pick one for kane etc etc.

It doesn't look like he will leave this summer, it didn't from the start. Because his club said he wasnt for sale. Or wouldn't consider it unless for silly money. And he said he was happy to stay there next season. Not because some twitter columnist had a good go at plucking guessed figures from the air as to what his agent and dad want for themselves.

His agent is a cock. No doubt about it. He gets moves and money for his clients. But he also gets them moves they want. And has them stay at clubs when they want to.

Haaland isn't moving because it is expensive, complex, and his club are stubborn. Exact same as with any player at that level and at that price. Heck Grealish had a release clause and the desire to come here and it took till last week for it to happen, without any agent schenanigens.

There is some truth to the Raiola picture. But it isn't that extreme or simplistic. That is my point.
