The hoops people are having to jump through to secure tickets for matches when there are thousands left for even the first game, coupled with this nonsense idea to go balls deep with digital tickets rather than phase it in gradually like any sensible club would + the scandalous price of some of the tickets. It’s almost as if the club don’t want the stadium to be full.

To be fair I don’t think most people have a problem with the club going digital per se, it’s the way they’ve gone about implementing it. The fact they’ve dropped it on us at such short notice and said this is the way we’re doing it so like it or lump it. We know there are going to be issues at the gates initially and we also know that a substantial number of people won’t understand how to use it, and it may even deter some from going full stop.I did not want to go metric or decimal money but had to put up with it just calm down or plan a organised demonstration
I personally think in the long run it will be better but using a phased approach to iron out the kinks and let people who are unsure get their heads around it would have been so much better.

thanks for that it has let me download one of the kids passes to my wallet but wont download the other one,it goes through the motions but dosnt appear in my wallet.any ideasYou could ask to reset the child’s password (I believe it may work then) The password reset email will be sent to you and then the child should be able to log in iirc.

I have an Epson sx range printer. Not badly priced and the ink is cheap to buy online, around £15 for all 4 ink cartridges. I can connect it to my phone using WiFi and doesn't need an app to print. Hope this helps. Some other printers are expensive for ink.Complete ludite here, thinking of going down the print at home route, no laptop just phone, if I get a printer will a wireless printer print from my phone or does it have to be a Bluetooth printer?

Good post mate and nice sentiment for those struggling.I agree. The only thing I'm unsure of how to do is pass the online seasoncard onto somebody else, say if I can't go and wanted a mate or family member to go. I'm sure there will be a way though.
Anybody struggling to download their online seasoncard feel free to shout up or send me a PM and I will talk you through it; seems a lot are having issues getting hold of the ticket office etc. I video called my dad the other night and talked him through it as he was flapping. It's a trivial topic for most of us younger fans as it's literally a 10 second job, but it's created a lot of unnecessary stress amongst the older ones.
CoMS was one of the first stadiums to use electronic turnstiles, who'd have thought 20 years ago you could get into the stadium without a man behind the window tearing off your ticket stub and operating the barrier. You will get your ticket and you will get into the stadium v Norwich, so don't panic.
yeah, we should know more on ticket transfer next Monday hopefully.
