Even if that's true it's been widely reported from all angles that he's looking to leave for personal reasons.

Won't be a Great offer, but I think it will be high enough to be deemed respectable by City (50-60m Euros, not great, but not terrible).
I think we'll be lucky to get 50mil out of them honestly. Watch us let him go for about 40.

Bernardo was never average.
Its just he was given different role.
I remember when the interviewer was asking Gundogan that last season was his best because he scored many, & he said something like " I don't think this is my best season, I was playing different role )
He scored 13 goals last season, compared to 2 goals in the previous one and he believe his level hasn't change.

He is an absolute model pro, asking to leave doesn't change that.
