it happens far to many times in tight games we should win

the first goal is so important to this city team and setup

we can not go another season with the same old problem in pep's false 9 players missing a hatful of goals

Exactly right. We have to hope the Kane signing happens, I can’t believe Pep and the board think we are good enough as we are.

If we can’t get Kane for whatever reason we simply must sign another striker from somewhere, any half decent finisher would still be better than Torres, and better at goal scoring than any of our midfielders.

A lethal finisher would negate our other issues like left back and DM because we’d outscore the opposition in almost every game, the odd brainfart at the back wouldn’t usually be costly.

Balotelli currently a free agent I think, get him in if Kane doesn't join

It’s probably been said but not read far back, but if I was Levy I’d now be adding £m’s on to the fee I want “yeh sadly the price is now £200m”. It’s clear to all we need a forward and will now get mugged off for the privilege of buying one.
pits also a good time for a forward to come in and become the hero here, get a bag full and win us games and the pressure on the rest eases.
im still more than confident we’ll win the league and this weekends results mean nothing on the grand scheme of things unless Chelsea, Utd and the Dippers go all season unbeaten of course.

You think Mendy, Ake, Fernadinho, Torres, Gundogan will start many games? If Cancelo starts, it will largely be at left back. Add Stones, Walker, Foden, KDB, Rodri to that side and it's a different team.
