My mate went down this morning and got his tickets sorted, queued for about an hour. Apparently only 3 or 4 City people dealing with the IT of it all, which is wholly ridiculous. He did say the queue had grown by the time he left though.Day 4 of trying to get through to City, currently on hold now for 2 hours 3 minutes. Is the ticket office open at the ground?

No sign yet and ordered as soon as possible.Any one received Print-At-Home tickets off their season cards if they ordered them earlier via "manage my seasoncard" option? Weren't they supposed to come 7 days in advance, it's Monday and game is now 5 days away??

They are supposed to be allowing this and telling you how to do it ‘from today’, but we’re still waiting. As has been pointed out ‘from W/c Monday 16th August’ could be Friday.

Barcode? I think the mobile tickets are NFC and not scannable via any barcode or QR code otherwise. How and where can you see the barcode? Mine doesn't have anything at all. It's plain blank, now I'm worried if it's downloaded properly. Is there supposed to be a bar or qr code on them as well??

No, you're probably ok. It appears that on Android GPay you can hit the show code link to see a dynamic QR code but not on iPhone Apple Wallets. It's probably irrelevant in any case.Barcode? Not sure with Android but me personally I would set it up just to be on the safe side if Gpay are requesting you to.Do I have to set up a Google pay account.

You don’t want to be refused entry on a technicality!
Apparently you can delete it afterwards.

Ive downloaded my ticket no problem. But could someone please explain to me how to set up a city account for both my boys so I can download both season tickets on my phone for them.
I've tried ringing and can't get through
