Ah a proper Saturday. Trip to MCR and home just in time to watch Game of the Day and enjoy a drama free City performance.

Shame Torres' goal was chalked off. Any contact by Bernie was accidental.

Every City player had a decent game.

Not the strongest opposition but still an exceptionally dominant display. The average position of every player bar Ederson was on the half way line (our CBs) or in the Norwich half.

Jesus deserved MOTM with Walker running him close. Dias ball for Mahrez was beautiful. This Jack lad is pretty decent think he may annoy a lot of defences this season. Beautiful

It charged from 11% to 56% between just before getting on the tram to the tram arriving at Piccadilly Gardens! That’s nearly as fast as the one I have on the mains! Cost £17 something and I also bought a sort of purse thing to carry it and the cable in. Worth every penny. :-) thanks again.

Was at the back of SS2 today, much better access for me, great to be back, not even going to complain about the disallowed goal.

He doesn’t whinge like most and just tries his best to do what is asked of him. Pep frequently refers to this.
i think part of the issue is how Pep plays him and it doesn’t necessarily suit his game. Torres got his hatric, v Newcastle i think, when him and Gabby swapped positions. He’s good out there, but Mahrez is Plan A for that position.

Mahrez might be plan A for right wing but I wish he would cross in like Jesus did today occasionally rather than trying to beat players and cut it all the time. Sometimes having a right footed player on the right who crosses quickly really opens teams up - especially given the great balls played through today from Walker and co.
