It was punchbag stuff today. Norwich offered nothing, had no gameplan and will be going down again. I hate the busparkers as much as anyone, but if you're Norwich up against City, there's no point in trying to play your game as you will get whipped. They'd be better off sitting back with 6 in the box as at least they'd have lasted more than a few minutes!
Great performance though and great to see Grealish getting on the score sheet. It will do him a world of good. He looks like he's been at the club for a couple of years already. I think Aarons is a decent full back but you could see him dreading it every time Grealish got the ball. Once Pep coaches this lad, I can see him becoming a legend at City.
MOTM was genuinely a tricky one for me - Gundogan and Silva were immense but Jesus set up 3 goals (I think) and his all-round game was top class. He deserved it.
I don't think we can read too much into this game, we absolutely bossed them and I don't remember anything other than a couple of half chances.
On to Arsenal next. I don't rate them one bit and honestly, Arteta will be gone by Christmas. They've wasted a huge chunk of money on players who they didn't need. They needed a bullying, hard defender and a bullying midfielder and, again, they've bought badly. I can see us giving them a good beating next week as well.
