So our final offer has gone in. If it's rejected I hope pep will publicly put it to bed sooner rather than later

For context, my dad turned 70 at the start of June and I told my brother Zin at the party that Grealish had agreed to sign for City, to much ridicule and labelling of bollocks.

As my good friend Billy Shears will also testify, he wasn't having it either because a very good contact of his close to Pep said he wasn't a target.

Grealish took another ten weeks to come to fruition and shows how things can change.

Pep wanted Sanchez and Maguire, but didn't get his way because of the money involved.

Spurs got our best and final in recent hours.

We expect and hope it to be enough.
Hard to know who to believe this summer. You and Ahsan (or at least your sources) seem to Kane will happen, but Stevens sources says something completely different. Can’t wait for this transfer window to end

Fingers crossed! Really would be bad management from the club if we go another season without a top striker

Talking about another target?

Yes, I don't believe City on this particular stance.

If our best and final isn't good enough before the weekend, we have the time and finance to make a bloody big wave all the same.

I'd be disappointed at the contingency planning if Levy believes our best and final isn't our best and final.

I'd say it would be bad Management to pay more than want for your top target and it would be bad Management to bring just anybody in if its not going to improve your team/squad I honestly see 3 cfs that would improve our team kane halland Lewandowski.

“CR7” incoming & Bluemoon rejoices.

He wouldn't do that. It would only give another club the opportunity to fleece us.

Keep 'em all guessing and then bang.
I hope to God we aren't going for Ronaldo.
I really dislike all these rumours linking us with short term solutions. They might be "big and exciting" marquee signings but they are, ultimately, a stop gap.
City are better than that now IMHO.

Possibly mate but then who do we get next year for example? Kane sorts us for the next few years as Haaland according to loads of decent sources is going to Madrid next summer? Mbappe is doing the same but doesn’t seem to fancy England, lewa another year older so not worth it, Messi we didn’t even compete for this window?

You still consider any move for Ronaldo (assuming arguendo Spurs reject the offer) is unlikely?

Mendes has turned water into wine before but I do consider it highly unlikely.

At this stage, Pep is still planning for Kane.

Maybe Txiki knocks on his door this week and says sorry boss, we tried...

Would you instead be interested in Lewandowski or that slimy over the hill, United loving prick?

Zis is football.

Haha imagine him using that phrase....no pressure then Pep.

if we can’t get the Kane deal over the line I would happily take ronaldo for a year or 2 he would score for fun in this team and that’s all I care about ! Would give delap and Torres time to develop as well. Don’t fancy vlahovic for 80 million who’s had 1 good season in serie a , that’s too big of a gamble for me
