You don’t do anything .
Your mate has to transfer it to you via friends and family where you will receive email with link to download ticket onto your phone.

Thanks for the reply, so then il have my ticket and my friends ticket on my phone, what happens when I go to the turnstile,scan my ticket in then pass my phone back to my mate?
 
I wanted to use PAH for first game, like others on here I was not presented with a PAH option on my gold seasoncard account.
I e mailed ticket office. On Sat morn I missed a call from Anthony at the ticket office but he left a message to say he was going to e mail me the ticket to PAH...but none arrived.
I didn't go to the match as didn't want hassle at ticlet office.
Now I am in same position for the Arsenal game. I can see the ticket in my account, but no option to PAH.
Suggestions please (hang myself is the final option).

If you selected the digital ticket option then you won't be able to print it at home.
 
My boy has covid and can't come to the arsenal game. Both of our season tickets are on his phone as mine is not compatible what are my options ? It's not possible to borrow his phone either. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

So you can't PAH if you originally selected the digital ticket option? If so then I've messed up as I'll probably be missing the next 2/3 games & my dad was going to have my ticket. He's not got a smartphone so I was hoping to just print them out for him.
 
Does anyone know how I can set up a friend and family to give my season ticket to for the Arsenal game? Thanks

No. It looks like the combination of the threads on here and the club's own efforts avoided a situation where we had horrendous queues. Still think the new system is inferior to the seasoncard with respect to convenience and flexibility (but let's not reopen that particular can of worms :-) ).
