We couldn't get in, as the way we used to get in via the Supporter No,has been stopped and as the account had only one email it wouldn't let a password reset, if that makes senseCan’t people do that themselves instead of phoning up or going to the ground?
Request a password reset on the account they are struggling with.
I think this may have solved issues for some.
