Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Print at Home Tickets

Well mine didn’t work Saturday but to be fair it looks like a error on my printing was the cause and the steward sorted it within 5 minutes so all in all only queued for around 10 minutes
 
Does your son have his own account supporter number etc?
This is where you need to transfer it from NOT YOUR account.
Tried both accounts started with my son and then had a little dabble with mine. As the other person said the big transfer button seems inactive, not fully coloured in. On phone to city now, no response. you'd think a message would come up, too early to transfer or not available at moment. I'v pressed ithe transfer button and nothing happens.
 
Yes, he logged into my account ,
Ticked my name and the option to add to wallet became active so he now has both tickets in his wallet.
I think technically that's not how it's supposed to be done, although of course the club can't stop it. I think they want to have seasoncard holders transferring the tickets individually to other registered supporters because this passes the stipulation that you have informed the club who is going in your place. Plus we need to know how it's going to work when the person going in place of someone else is an upgrade - if it's allowed at all - from a concession as the lights will flash orange (I think) so they could get asked for ID.
 
I think I read on here that everything resets the week before a game, new info etc. Our mobile tickets are still showing access for the Norwich game. Was it Wednesday last week when things started moving as far as mobile tickets are concern? I'm trying to make some sense when is the time to start panicking, I've hung up after 20 mins on the line to City

If you turn off automatic updates in your wallet and turn it back on again it updates to show the Arsenal game (IPhone )
No idea about Android.

As long as it works on Saturday happy days, if not, the steward can use his magic wand.

Thanks for the advice, but I have an android and there's no update tag. Tried switch off and on, still showing Norwich.

Forgive me if I’m being stupid, my mate who I sit next to can’t make the Arsenal game, he said I can have his ticket, what do I need to do? Giving my headache already all this messing about, thanks in advance
 
Are you using chrome if on Android ?
Not sure, does Opera use its own stuff?
Anyway, I've managed it, ticket emailed. This morning I was on my laptop, no go.
I started using my phone , no luck. But, I did restart the phone and I have a vpn running some times, switched that off and a few minutes later I've progressed to transferring ticket. I'm not 100%sure which action made it work or just the timing was right and City have updated things. Anyway headache over for now.
