Both Lukaku and Kane outscore Ronaldo in European league games by at least 5 goals. Cup games such as the FA Cup don't count - just the league proper. All bets are off should Ronaldo end up in a non-European league. Bets still apply if players are injured.

If I was gonna bet, this is a deal breaker. Ronaldo will probably, if signed, be rested in many league games for big knockout matches.

I wouldn't totally rule it out, but I suspect the timeline of the Ronaldo deal means it would be resolved before Mbappé goes anywhere.

The second he showed his ability he wanted out from what i remember. There were always murmurs of him going to Real throughout most of his time there. At least 3 times it went public/got in the papers he wanted out if memory serves.

He may have had a good relationship with the prestbury pisshead but i agree there was no romance with utd the club on his part. Madrid was his only goal, utd were a stepping stone.

It is why i am ok with the deal if it happens. I see him as a Madrid legend, not a utd one. Moving to Juve to, utd were nowhere really so he was not arsed about them. Certainly not the actions of someone who loved utd as they would have had him back no problem.
