The happy clappers will come for you with that statement but its true. We are crying out for a goalscorer, if we don't end up with someone like Ronaldo when he's available something is wrong with them upstairs.

I can see this happening. This makes commercial sense, makes sense on the field as he will suit our style of play and send a message to PSG too. I think Ronaldo himself will love the challenge of another couple of years in the Premier League with a club who he has the best chance of silverware with. I can't help but think he also is very competitive with Messi. With the money we've wasted over the years, this is one deal we must get over the line.
