So you saying Leicester won the title in a corrupt, immoral manner? The UK betting industry have essentially conceded that in hindsight the initial odds of 5000/1 was a huge 'mistake' (I'm willing to bet it wasn't). And yes they did take an initial hit, but if you look at long term gains it couldn't have played out better if they'd planned it. Leicester's title win breathed life into long-term betting and the idea that outsiders can defy the odds.
In the wake of their win bookies profits actually went up. That's just an example of a £multi-billion UK industry benefiting hugely. Then you have worldwide betting, which has more than its fair share of shady characters and alleged links to organised crime. Leicester's title win made a lot of money for a lot of people who are not directly involved with football before you even get into the organisations involved in football governance (the PL 'brand' - Scudamore's comments)
And if you analyse why the 5 clubs you mention (including us) being 'uncompetitive I seem to recall more than a few dodgy decisions going against them at key moments in certain games that had bearing on league positions.
I don't wish to get into a cyclical argument. All I'm saying is that there were an awful lot of coincidental happenings precluding their title win which ultimately led to a lot of money being made off the back of it for a lot of people linked to football and sports betting. So you saying Leicester won the title in a corrupt, immoral manner?
Leicester winning the title was the best thing to happen to this league for a long time. The same could be said of us.
It showed when clubs are professionally run, sensible investment with long term planning they can succeed at the highest level.
People are hugely envious of success, so people come out with Leicester are corrupt or were using PEDs. Again same with us, we are buying titles, nothing to do with simply running a club in a fit and professional manner.
I suggest you research the true owners of Leicester City. You may change your view on the "Fairytale"So you saying Leicester won the title in a corrupt, immoral manner?

I live in Thailand, I know all about them.I suggest you research the true owners of Leicester City. You may change your view on the "Fairytale"
You could look back to every title or cup won in history and find issues and coincidences, it's called hindsight.
I do not understand why everything now has to be a conspiracy when it involves something we don't like.
We have won 5 titles in the last 10 years, if there is a conspiracy against us, THEY are not doing a very good job to stop us.
Finally the Trafford red socks last won the title 19 years ago, yes 19 , yet many on here say THEY are given help to win it. Again, IF they are, someone is not doing a very good job.
LOL ok once in 19 years , hardly the stuff of corruption is it?They won it 2012/13 season.
02/03, 06/07, 07/08, 08/09, 10/11, 12/13 ?LOL ok once in 19 years , hardly the stuff of corruption is it?

I’m all for despising united but you can’t just make shit up.LOL ok once in 19 years , hardly the stuff of corruption is it?
It’s daft. The league was won on a mere 81 points. The league title was there for anyone who wanted it that season. So you saying Leicester won the title in a corrupt, immoral manner?

A think we tried to be like arsenal that year ;)It’s daft. The league was won on a mere 81 points. The league title was there for anyone who wanted it that season.
City got 66 points. An embarrassment of a season for a club like us. It was as much the ineptness of City that Leicester won the league as much as it was the brilliant season Leicester had.
66 fucking points! What the fuck were we playing at?
Pellegrini acted the **** because he was leaving. It’s daft. The league was won on a mere 81 points. The league title was there for anyone who wanted it that season.

The hatefully eight must have paid him to throw the title challenge ;)Pellegrini acted the **** because he was leaving.
Sounds big mate. You can see it from the terraces, hear it on tv and radio and read it in the papers …!!
It’s not an elephant in the football room, it’s a fuckin Diplodicus..!!
Here's a reminder for those who know, and if you haven't seen it already watch it and then come back and tell me this game was anything but bent (This c*nt is now running the PiGMOL).Those that say football isn't bent have yet to show me that the rags v arsenal was legit.
Those that know it is bent do not need to ask what year I am referring to.
It's noticeable at some TV matches more than others. If they keep going on about a club record pre match that's usually a tip to bet the opposite way pre kick off.I think all professional sport has an element of ‘engineering’ involved in trying to create an outcome. I don’t believe everyone is in on it (not all players/managers etc) but I think there are certain types who assist. I see it as a money ball way of doing things. Sway the averages. There’s a perfect outcome and help is given to try and achieve it. The ref has his instructions and I believe the pundits help in creating a narrative. Watching games on TV I can’t help but notice how the commentators sometimes seem to be watching a different game. The same works for motd, if I’ve been at a live match sometimes what they say happened and what happened don’t match. Another thing that reinforces this for me is the use of VAR. It’s beyond doubt for me that there is corruption when looking at the nonsense way they use it.
