I certainly suspect a woman having little alternative but to undress down to her underwear in front of City Square would have garnered a more PC response from City officials...
It could improve the match day experience for many tbf ;-)

I'm not sure I agree with this sentiment.

Firstly employees represent a business and having someone like the employee described shows really shoddy recruitment and/or training.

Secondly, as @paulkidd tells the story there's multiple problematic employees. The lack of a corporate manager on a game day, the club shop attendant forcing someone to change outside.
