Very sadly I think the tide is changing. I'm totally for the world to be vaccinated. But on speaking to a few people in there late 20s last night, they we're both saying there not having the booster as it's making no difference????. So when they can't fly out or go to events tough luck. I worked as nurse for a very long time and I now work with vulnerable young people and I'm absolutely going to carry on getting whatever our scientists and health professionals suggest.

I do find it quite commical with everyone whinging about the fact we cant bring in covid passports like they are a new thing, when they have been in for Concerts etc for ages. Been to 2 gigs and a theatre show and had to gave a passport for all of them.

I am jabbed and could have a covid passport but I refuse on the grounds of it being a draconian Stalinist measure.

If vaccine passports come in they can do one. People can't let this happen.

It did and still does make a difference. with Delta you were something like 70% less likely to catch and transmit than non vaccinated. Effectiveness against Omicron is a question though.

Do you really think the bullshit Boris and his cronies will drop today is about COVID and not due to the recent news of they’re party? It was completely predictable that within a day or 2 they’d suddenly pump up the restrictions and try to deflect yet again.

If anything it heaps more pressure on to them as the public will say why could they do it and not us? The need for further restrictions couldn’t have come at a worse time than the government having an illegal Christmas party being on the front pages.
