They don't have to believe it so enthusiastically. The media know their target audience - MUGS.Can't blame Utd fans for the way the media sells their news

Barcelona are interested in England striker Marcus Rashford but there are question marks over whether the Spanish club could afford the 24-year-old, who Manchester United might be willing to sell for the right offer. (El Nacional - in Catalan)
it is however, unclear whether the World Class striker is being sought after to lead the Barca front line or deliver cheap wholesome meals for the skint Catalans.
Yes, it would. This is a really important point of principle. I wonder if one could get an MP using Parliamentary privilege to raise it. It is important because of precedent.
Aside from the security risk and criminal damage, Liverpool got Top 4 by a couple of points which included comfortably winning at the Swamp in the rearranged game. Who knows what effect the postponement had not just on the Dippers but on rivals for the Top 4?
What is there to stop another team's fans "protesting" against their owners or something else causing a game to be postponed?
What about the role of Ratboy and sky essentially supporting criminal damage.
This is an appalling dereliction of duty by the Premier League/FA.
For those who don't remember let me just outline the accusation:
Manchester United fans illegally broke into Old Trafford and its interior, including the pitch, caused criminal damage and through weight of numbers inside and outside caused the postponement of a PL match. Furthermore, several Police Officers were injured in associated public disorder. National broadcasters (who had their equipment damaged) had Gary Neville and Spitboy inside the ground both publicly supporting the disorder and, by implication, the criminality.
I wonder if this would have been trated differently if it was another team other than the Rags or Dippers?
Visitors to the swamp in general are there for the day out rather than the football and will swallow any bullshit.Rashford, another overrated rag. Where the fuck do they find them? Every single academy player or new signing is apparently the greatest living player that has ever graced these shores. And usually within a year or so they end up at whichever pub team Steve Bruce is managing at the time.

Confused its says Barcelona are interested in Rashford than says "unclear whether the world class striker is being sought"
So who are they after Rashford or a world class striker ?
Especially as it was a second offence. This is a really important point of principle. I wonder if one could get an MP using Parliamentary privilege to raise it. It is important because of precedent.

Such as how do the PL achieve that?Still an amazing quote, really. It raised so many questions that were never asked.
When Rashford first got a lucky break it took just 5 games to become an England International. The press were all over him and his first sub appearance was greeted with a huge cheer from those who are easily influenced by the press. But if you look back especially to the time of the derby where he scored, there were many Blues on here and elsewhere who had fallen for the media hype and were shouting that we should sign him.Rashford, another overrated rag. Where the fuck do they find them? Every single academy player or new signing is apparently the greatest living player that has ever graced these shores. Must have all been hiding down the back of the sofa like the Cayman Island accounts. It's 1.1 billion now. They have managed to find another 500m fans from somewhere.
Is St.Marcus just a shit Darren Huckerby?Ah it’s started the lads on 300k a week average player a one dimensional player! Ball control garbage! So leak Barcelona are interested maybe they’ll get more interest! Wounds touch him with a ten foot barge pole! Can see more of this in the media about all these clubs wanting him! Be Newcastle soon saying they willing to pay 100m but we all know the scum and a few other clubs say they will not sell to them! Haha yep in your dreams the scum and the glazers are all about the Money!
PL don't reply to enquiries of any type.....except one..Good luck with that. I'm sure they won't just delete it...
Well I find him a sneering little twat with the coaching credibility of a peanut which makes him unfit to query the set up and performance of the 20 managers currently in place (now that Solskjaer is out of a job)....... ;-)I have compartmentalized his “work,” such that I like his analysis, and I like his off-field interviews with players and his “questions” sessions, which I find illuminating.
I think his peer status, and stature, amongst players allows him to achieve greater insights into them, their views, and ultimately more interesting (and entertaining) answers. When these involve people or players I don’t like, or feel like sycophancy, I avoid them, but if the analysts and pundits out there, I find him one of the most engaging and insightful.
Yeh you add him in and it drags the average age down to 5 and a half.........Was Lingard playing? He would have bought the average age down a few years
No Darren Huckerby worked his socks off with limited ability at that levelIs St.Marcus just a shit Darren Huckerby?
