Is everyone going to the Leeds game tomorrow night? I am. I don't get my booster until Friday but having had it once I can't imagine it will be as bad as that again. Just getting on with it and being sensible. minimising time spent in the concourse and avoiding the bus. If I was truly careful I'd not go at all but I have had enough now.

Visiting my Mum later in the week but I'll do lateral flow tests and hope that is enough.

Also for reference there excess official Covid count is 90k, but excess deaths are at 275,000 over the pandemic.

Better than that - the number who catch it but aren't tested is massive in SA .
That said we will have are own data in a week or sos time to make accurate predictions.

I would very much like your input if you think the data is showing something important I’m not a massive follower of the data thread as there is a lot of info in there. But whatever you decide is fine and thanks for the efforts so far and well played for your patience with people.
 
Think Healdplace deserved better. Has been a stalwart and source of great and necessary information during this dreadful pandemic. Has put a lot of their invaluable time and effort in.

Surely better to have it all in one place too, if only for context.

That said, not like Rammy to be unreasonable, so there must be good reason.

I thought it mattered today given where we are right now and that others were already posting data in here again. But this is not the data thread. That is true. I was wrong. A lot happened so it seemed important.

But I am not going to get into a row over this. I did post more than intended here tonight.

I may post stuff in the other thread on another day. But I will stop doing that in here.

For what it’s worth I think the balance of the “highlights” and anything particularly eye-catching on here is fine.

The data thread is for the more granular stuff, where if anyones interested they can find out if Stockport is beating Ashton this week etc.

I would have gone but have my mum's 80th this weekend. So giving it a swerve just for that reason. Will be at Leicester boxing day if it's still on.

Thank you but I will stick to the other thread and tone back how much I post there too as I have in recent days.

It is obviously creating friction. I do not want to do that.

That’s a shame but thanks for your efforts anyhow. The posters tone was a bit out of order or just read that way. Keep up the good work.
