It’s probably the same one as we had to fill in for the Everton game last season.

Confirming you’re in good health and aren’t symptomatic etc.

The Everton tickets were non-transferable. I wonder if the ticket exchange will be the only way to pass your ticket on whilst these restrictions are in place.

Dunno, there were no transfers allowed that game. You were checked before the stadium with hand held readers and could do the declaration there and then if you hadn't done it.

I can’t remember off hand, sorry. I’d assume it will be for all those that can get a Covid Passport.

Think just over 18s. No requirement otherwise for kids.

My lad is 14 and had one jab, but no need to lateral flow or self declare I believe.

Dont see the point in the passports. Doesn't mean that if you have a passport you're not infected or can't pass it on to others. And after a while the protection offered by the vaccines will decrease anyway.

If its such a high risk to go to the football, make everyone get a negative test or play it behind closed doors.
