We have what seems like a great, harmonious squad, and I bet they will all know if Haaland comes in, he will be on a huge wedge, and most likely the highest earner, and I personally don't feel it will be a problem. Think of the bonus structure that they are all on, with Haaland in the side, we would have a huge chance of dominating, and trophies mean bonuses. It doesn’t matter what I think.
What matters is how the team reacts.
Of course he will demand big money, but will it be so big to annoy our players, I don’t know.
It is clear we have a knack of getting players on on a decent wage, without the need of the inflated sums the dark side pay. But we are also pretty swift in upgrading them, look at Dias and Berni, both were within a year or two of arriving.
Earnings are clearly position related, a top striker who scores the majority of goals, will usually earn more than the rest of the squad, so nothing new here really.
