I wonder what they were saying when United won it year after year.

They made banners saying “COME BACK WHEN YOU’VE WON 18!” And they had “5 times” Tourette’s, that’s all they were saying for years.

But then United got to a point where they’d won more titles and more trophies overall and that when Liverpool’s fans’ heads started to wobble… but their heads really caved in when City beat them to the title in 2014. There was a realisation deep down with them that their club weren’t all that special; after all, big clubs don’t go a quarter of a century without winning the league do they?

All their hangers on, whether it be glory hunting “fans” or the media, have been peddling this insecure mantra about them ever since. Belittle anything City do or achieve, “put an asterisk next to their titles”, “cheats”, “oil money”, “human rights”, “squad depth”, “it’s not fair”, “can’t compete”, “it means more when it’s LFC”…

Only watched the second half but the front 3 (4) for the dippers were spent, and Milner won't be playing next season he was laughably bad when he came on.

The Yorkshire clogger is out of contract at the end of the season, I believe.

We have our own fixture conspiracists, but it really is funny seeing it from the perspective of other clubs. No doubt playing our tougher fixtures at home in the second half of the season will be evidence that the Premier League favours us when that same evidence has been interpreted by some on this forum that the Premier League was out to get us by stacking the tough away fixtures at the start of the season!

The Milner comment is ironic considering that many of us blues didn't want him to leave and the post that suggests their PL title was the most miraculous event in PL history is laughable... Us winning the title by winning the last 14 games in 2019, and Leicester’s title in 2017 are the greatest achievements in PL history because both team kept winning when the pressure was on. That is the true mark of champions.
