I can't believe we haven't built our own block. City centre tower block, could have players' gym, restaurant that supplies the food they need, roof garden for families etc. Could have the lower floors as general apartments but with a separate entrance. Floor each, manager gets the penthouse.

I can’t believe anyone would seriously believe players and their families would want to live like that.

A number of them already do (Pep, Silva, Gundogan etc) and I'm not saying they'd have to but it would give them a completely secure, 5* living experience. If you're going to be away from home regularly and publicly, knowing your family is totally safe would give me a lot of peace of mind. Hardly a secret is it to be fair. Bernardo just did a video with his girlfriend saying how they live in town and the others have regularly spoken about it as well. These cretins that go robbing peoples houses like this aren’t opportunists, they would have been planning this for weeks.

He’s just moved, only a few months back. Over the summer I think. It’s possible it was an inside job, perhaps people working on the new house.

We had one expensive (Prestbury) property robbed overnight. They took the entire kitchen including appliances.
The weird thing is they caused almost no damage. (and what lead to finding out the culprits)

The new kitchen/appliances arrived and slotted right in.

Turned out the lads who fitted it were the ones who stole it.
Knowing they would then have to fit the new one, they caused no damage to make their job easier the second time around!

I also live in a small west-country town. Police knocked on my door during their investigation of a neighbour's stolen garden gnome.
Turns out it was some revellers having a rave in the local woods. They weren't investigated.
