Possibly, but I can't see either Henderson or Thiago improving as they get older. No age that they have 2/3 seasons at the top level
He shouldn’t be such a tightarse, then, should he?
Anything to do with a sell on clause, Chelsea had with Roma? The rumour was that Liverpool underpaid for Salah so to compensate they overpayed for Alisson.
Dan Friedkin who owns Roma has close links with FSG and especially John Henry
Yup. Two arseoles when it comes to transfers. Plague on both their houses. Levy thinks he's a great negotiator, but the Harry Hotspur nonsense trashed his rep.He shouldn’t be such a tightarse, then, should he?
No sympathy whatsoever.
I doubt it will be for stupid money with only one year left.Getting the player in now before Salah is sold in the summer with 1 year left on his deal and clubs know they have ££. Hope nobody buys him for stupid money though and he runs down his contract. Same with Mane

Hope he heads somewhere else in summer as he looks decent

I think it was the other way around. Fulham decided for the monies offered it just wasn't worth their while.Certainly appears that the dippers stalled out Fulham past the deadline on purpose. Now they can sign Carvalho for free and still get him next summer.
They can't hack our database anymore.I'm surprised they didn't get to Alvarez first. ;-)
Yes I read that too.The bbc HYS in this and their transfers is a bizarre back slapping inward looking series of self congratulations on building the next generation whilst simultaneously slagging us off appallingly
It’s weird.
Correct. And a good negotiator takes account of knock on effects in a specialised market. How will my stance look to the players? Will players be reluctant to come here as a result of my negotiating rep? etc etc.I’ve never subscribed to this Daniel Levy is a great negotiator stuff, and I’d come to that conclusion long before the Kane deal never materialised.
A good negotiator yields when they need to. A good negotiator knows when to take the money and run. A good negotiator accepts there has to be something in it for the other guy.
Any **** can dig their heels in, and doubtless on occasions it works, but if you’ve only got one gear, then you are bound to come unstuck eventually.
