I remember when some bloke turned up at the BBC for a back office type job and was mistaken for some internet expert and shoved on live TV, I can only guess something similar happened with Ragnick. Imagine the days after Ole was sacked, Fergie pissed up with Gill and Edwards, they need a man with Uniteds DNA, a club legend so Fergie asks Edwards “have you rang Giggsy?” but in his pissed Glaswegian accent it comes across as “have yous Rangnick”. Edwards isnt clear what Fergie wants but dispatches Gill, Gill has heard of Rangnick so sets the propaganda machine wheels in motion, “the godfather of football, invented gangbang press etc etc” The fellow red rimmers are briefed to bum up this guy they’d never heard of, Klopp does the honours. The rest is hilarious.
 
Its going to be interesting to see if Ralfy can improve tat club with all the shit going on. he is saying the right things and making some good changes. But the politics might destroy that. Ronaldos clearly not happy, Rashford, cavani, pogba, all are bigger than Ralf and worth more, if his players are going to the board and demanding they play then they're totally fucked and all they can do is get rid of those sort of players

Goldbridge is apparently watched with amusement only… so there is a suggestion of a modicum of intelligence trying to get out…
