Is that good or bad? What are wolly pants?I get the same feeling about them as I did wearing wolly pants as a kid.
Oops misspelled. Trousers made of wool that mothers made their sons wear in the 70s either because they were cruel or they wouldn't believe how prickly they really were. The thoughts of it make me feel uneasy. Sort of similar to me thinking of Garcia in midfield. Shudder. Is that good or bad? What are wolly pants?
Sounds horrific! Fortunately I only lived a couple of months of the 70s, so missed out on that fad.Oops misspelled. He scored 1 in 2 in his first season..He raised our profile when he signed, our marquee signing massively under achieved, one or two decent moments but that was it.

If I recall correctly, he made his City debut at Burnley in a friendly pre-season and scored an hat-trick. I remember coming out of Turf Moor thinking WOW what a signing, he's like "Shit off a Shovel". Well I was almost right. He was shit.Lee Badbuy.![]()
Carl Griffiths was similar to Samaras where they were strikers signed in a period where we were desperate for goals. I had high hopes for both and they never came close to the impact we needed.Carl Griffiths, Martin Phillips.
