The same way that you would police racism in the same crowd - if someone makes themselves known, they are dealt with.No?
And how would you even police that.... The only ones who get kicked out are when they go over the top celebrating, but if someone is just sat silently no harm done.
I was merely asking the question as it was raised amongst my friends, not suggesting it is or should be a law.
The only thing I could find about it on the internet (albeit a very quick search) was a Stoke fan on their forum saying he was dragged out of Hull City's ground after celebrating a goal and showed the law in writing by a police officer.
