Its hard to judge with Ten Hag. I remember when Ronald De Boer was Ajax manager, he played the Ajax philosophy and won, people tipped him for big things, he was even seen as a potential replacement for Guardiola at City. Philip Cocu did a similar job at PSV, yet he failed at Fenerbache and Derby. Eredivisie is not a strong league.
