2010 - 2 in 13 minutes
2014 - 3 in 18
2015 - 3 in 17
2017 - 2 in 8
2018- 3 in 19
2019- 2 in 3
2020- 2 in 8
2022- 3 in 6

found on twitter, Pep's CL last CL game, how many goals conceded in what short period within the games which resulted in CL exit.
does seem especially at City we keep conceding shortly after conceding.

this shows a mental problem we keep having. focus drops further as soon as we concede, bit of chaos happening and boom we concede again.

also those 2014, 2015 semi second leg games with Bayern conceding 3 goals in less than 20 minute period both games.
kind of telling.

I mean this is obvious nonsense.

He's won 11/13 finals.
He's won 16/27 semi-finals.
He's won 24/27 quarter finals.

He's got winning records against every manager he's ever faced 3+ times. He's got a winning record against every club he's faced more than once except Liverpool (W5-D5-L6).

He's got winning records against United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Real Madrid, Dortmund, Bayern Munich.

He's reached more semi-finals than any other manager in European Cup history. Only 1 manager has reached more finals in CL history.

It's frustrating that we've lost today, and I think Pep's got his flaws, but he has the best record of any manager in the history of the game and that's not debatable.
Again, he has lost to worse teams 5 straight years with us and 3 of 4 with Bayern.

Like I said, great manager. But he is developing a reputation for losing games he shouldn't.

Sooner or later we will need to get this Champions League Monkey off our Back.

Personally if i had to choose between the 2 this season, i would have said Premier League Trophy, most of us would,.............i think.

It isn't all about us though. Our owners want that Champions League Trophy. They see it as a prestigious Trophy.A statement to the World.

Where we are all a bit like mehhhhh

Pep record in the Champions League since leaving Barcelona is 0 Trophy in nearly 10 years.

As much as we all love Pep for the domestic success.Sooner or later our owners are going to want someone to deliver what they really desire.

I dont think Pep will be that Man.

Fingers crossed he will extend his contract and will have one more crack at it with freshned up strikeforce

I wanted it and have since the Lyon mistake. We deserved it in 18 and 19 but corruption and terrorism got in the way. Chelsea was his mistake in my opinion. Tonight was corruption.

Pep needs to find a way for our team not to peak so soon in the season, physically and performance wise. It seems by early February we’re always in decline. Liverpool peaks later in the business end of the season.

December this team looked magnificent, probably the strongest and most efficient in Pep's tenure, it all went wrong in the new year, although we had looked a lot better in recent weeks.

We simply Fucked up big time at the Etihad and last night.

The man who never makes subs suddenly manages to waste about 3 in minutes for the craic “ cos we’re through “ leaving us with barely any options for extra time

We need to rebuild asap! We need options to enable us rotate the team like we used to. It's crazy to think that some years ago we had the option of David Silva and Bernardo Silva in the same team, we scratched our heads wondering if Kun would be starting or Jesus, if Sane would be starting ahead of Sterling or if we were going to play the both of them across the front line. We need to go back to having a team with as much depth as the scousers. At least 4 reliable options should be on the bench!

The biggest reason we keep embarrassing ourselves in the Champions League is confidence, or a lack thereof.

People can bang on about team selections and tactics as much as they want but the fact of the matter is that every single fucking season we end up shitting the bed when things don't go our way. And then Pep's stood there twitching his arse off and screaming at clouds.

That might well be part of the package we get from Pep but the fact of the matter is that it's him who is responsible for giving his players the confidence to succeed and year after year he fails to do it in Europe.
