It may cost more than Frenkie.
Melt the internet.
Did haaland transfer break the internet? I doubt any transfer of city will break the internet.

I think Nigel is just past it now mate unfortunatelyIn terms of midfielders will we be after NDJ and Tchouameni (sp) both or one of the two?
Melt the Internet has to refer to opposition fans going into a pure meltdown....
The only free agent come the summer that would do this is Mbappe to partner Haaland
The only other scenario is it being a player at another club
God knows who it is but I'm hooked

It's Jordan HendersonI don't know who it is either!!
Told only we still have serious money to spend and while FDJ is wanted by Pep, it is complicated and we have a bigger iron in the fire that would piss even more people off.

Mané perhaps. German media is suggesting he is speaking with Bayern, so he might be available.I don't know who it is either!!

Is this specifically for the midfielder position? Or are we looking at full backs as well?I don't know who it is either!!

Milner is coming homeIt's Jordan Henderson
So… It could be an alternative to FDJ or an other midfielder along with FDJ? Are city focusing on a right or left back?I don't know who it is either!!

I was well up for Pogba when the story broke and seems to have fizzled out a bit since that Ornstein yarn that he's "turned us down".Pogba was seriously considered.
If we look at that player in isolation, the argument is he is more of an 8 or 10, rather than a six.
Which means Pep and City are open to the idea of a player who can play the variety in midfield.
Rice can't play 8 or 10 and is an outright six, so can only rotate with Rodri.
Bellingham, FDJ, certainly fit the criteria of the former.
I believe we might yet sign two midfielders.
Only two can think of is Rice and Bellingham

Signing both Bellingham and FDJ seems a little unrealistic.Pogba was seriously considered.
