All very good reasonable points.

Thank god we are not Munich nor Madrid but we are Manchester City. Txiki should be able to wrap up transfers like Philips a lot quicker than we do presently.

Kavlin is not a kid anymore. I go back to my original point. If he is not sure about the move we need to move on quickly. Leeds fans will still call him a greedy turncoat no matter how much they stage manage his departure.
Bloody hell, mate. The season finished 3 days ago and we have already got arguably the world's biggest star player on board. We have got plenty of time to do this or any other transfer. You have literally no idea what conversations are taking place behind the scenes and are really not in a position to start saying what Txiki "should" do.

Also, Leeds fans accept he's moving on and if he handles it OK will welcome himback like a hero.

When you say Txiki should wrap this up quicker, what do you mean? It’s not like Leeds sent him a paypal link two weeks ago and Txiki has been too busy catching up on Eastenders to get round to it. What rush is there?

He’s away with England. All the other city players are on holiday and Pep is back in Barcelona.

I'm told Leeds want another player on loan, one who is better than Doyle.

And I'm told that the release clause is at least partly connected to relegation.
A friend of mine (Leeds born and bred) is pally with Kevin Sharp, his current 'manager' and has been told there was a release clause upon relegation, but not one of they stayed up.

Hope he is wrong, if we really want him.

THB wasn’t performing, surely you don’t expect Vinnie to play city lads at the expense of the team performances.
He was playing fine, start and played 90 mins in 10 out of 10 full games and got dropped. Even when they were up by 4/5 goals he never came on again. It was abit out of the blue at the time for me even to not get a shot to reclaim the stake for a place anyway.

Looks like he's off to Celtic this summer, He'll smash it up there.

Not to mention one of the most sort after young players in Avarez already set to join us this summer, the transfer window isn't even open yet to register Haaland.

I blame it on the Football Manager game...

He should walk to Leeds from Manchester this week. 44 miles by car.

My only concern is that we spend all summer chasing Philips and miss out on other targets. Anyway we will see how it goes.

When did the season finish mate and when does the window open?

What's he got to think about? The Captain of his boyhood club and fan hero should be breaking our door down for a chance to get on the bench.

Leeds fan I know doesn't think he'll leave but he is not remotely ITK.

People looking for a hurry up ought also to remember that City do not want new players on board until July (when Haaland and Alvarez officially join) becuase they do not want to start paying them until then. They also cannot finalise transfers of registrations until the window opens.

What do you even mean make up his mind ?
So you really think we want to sign him but we have not yet discussed with him if he wants to join.
