Pep loves him and some think he could have a higher ceiling than Phil. Time will tell, but sounds like he will be very much involved next year.

With the way it’s all going that’s the only thing I can think of that Pep has finally lost all patience with him. Even with Haaland I think Pep picks other players ahead of Sterling.

As far as I can tell, and it may be wrong, there is still an offer of a contract for him, if Pep didn’t want him there wouldn’t be.Have you considered that Pep just doesn’t want him around any longer?

City and Bernardo both had their worst runs when he was stuck out on the right. As soon as Pep put him back in the engine room where he belongs it all clicked againYou cannot hang onto the past. City will cash in this summer, clearing Raheems huge wage burden and collecting a transfer hopefully in the region of 50m. Cole Palmer is ready to be added and Mahrez or Bernado are able to cover the attacking right side. The transfer fee could help secure De Jong or a quality left wing back.
I see a swap deal for Raheem for De Jong with a small transfer fee to balance the deal.

In 2020 he ran so fast against PSG he would have been close to breaking the 60 metre world record. If that isn't blistering pace I don't know what is.

Agreed, Raz has been great for us but the team needs to develop a new style around Haaland and Raz losing the ball and running into a cul de sac of defenders will be frustrating for everyone. Besides he doesnt look happy at City anymore. Hopefully we can get a decent fee while he's still hot as a premier league winner.Find a buyer who will pay decent money for him.

Sterling has underperformed for 2 seasons (For MCFC - not England). He is on HUGE MONEY and produces very little apart from a big smiley face when he misses another chance. The basic skills are not there.
