Brilliant! Lol!

4 pronged attack by Tebas, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Marca.

La Liga must be still hurting after it missed out on Haaland and Mbbape

No mention of Real Madrid's and Barcelona's decades of over spending on Galácticos, the huge wages both clubs have paid out for as long anyone can remember, and the state aid both clubs have received from a Dictator, Spanish and Catalan Governments, Banks, City Councils, etc.

Click on the link for the full and totally skewed, biased, and totally bizarre article.

They say that when you don't look at your bank account every day, you are rich. And that is precisely what is happening to Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City.

The financial power of these two state-owned clubs has meant that money has never been an issue for them in their bid to compete for the Champions League title.

Spending vs. Sales from 2011/12 to the present day

  1. Manchester City: 1.65 billion euros in expenses and 606 in sales = -1.046 billion euros
Knobheads.

Why give them the clicks, copy and paste it if you reckon it is of importance.

Is that how it works now? Until the team that finished second, finishes first. Then, the team that finished first are the Champs. The team that finished second is the team that finished...doesn't matter. Like it fucking well shouldn't!
Second is the new first when City is involved. You see the Scousers don’t like it that we compete on the field. Our achievements ignored and rubbished because we have a foreign owner.

Most scousers have the league table printed out at home with first scribbled out. Let on it did not happen. Second to a genuinely world class team is admirable on their shoe string budget. The league is not seen as the benchmark to gauge a formidable team but rather winning the lesser known cup and the FA cup. Throw in the biggest parade and who can behave like a feral tramp in Paris and bang you have a real winner.

Poor victims also someone else’s fault.

I don’t think a few dozen clicks from Blue Moon is going to make a jot of difference to Marca and their advertising revenues in Spain or in the UK.

I posted part of the article and a link to highlight it’s utter bias and stupidity, with cherry picked and skewed facts.

If you or other people don’t want to read the article, don’t click on the link.

Yeah, but credit where credit's due...they came second with only playing kids from the local estates that all play for free!

Coisty comes over as a honest commentator and has the enthusiasm of an ardent fan.
He adds to the atmosphere and is refreshing in these days of cult commentary.
I always remember Ally commentating during lockdown away at Everton, he was so enthusiastic and complimentary about City. It was so strange to hear that I remember it well!

Yeah, the fact that they finished second is someone else's fault - OURS!! I hope we are to blame for the next umpteen seasons!

Just to put things in to perspective. After all the shit we read and have to put up with at the end of day it’s just a game of football and a lot of us get great pleasure watching the game and trying to work out how things work out. So I need to tell you all I love my football and most especially Manchester City and Tony Book who lived close to me. But most of all I would like to say good bye to my younger brother who died this morning at the age of 59yrs with his family beside him. He was a blue.

Spanishbob, so sorry to hear about your brother. I’m sure he’s up there with my Dad, Neil Young and all the other blues cheering City on from above.

RIP to your baby brother Spanishbob, fortunately he left us with the memory of a fresh championship on his mind and his family at his side.
