I suspect Qatar are trying to give PSG every chance of winning the CL in the world cup year and are trying to disturb us getting our transfer targets done smoothly, whether they are really interested is up for debate, but they know we are. Forcing us to pay more would leave less funds to strengthen our squad elsewhere. Our assistant manager has just been poached by a Qatar club.

We can only live in hope that they can get their act together v the cult in their third game.
