Yes, this is a quote from one of their supporters/customers

I know our Government is a joke but what the Glazers are doing to a national institution surely deserves some kind of action? It has been clear from day one that their intention is to take out of the club, one of the great institutions of the country and a huge tourist attraction. At what point do they get involved?

A pipe dream for such a joke of a Government but it's a fantasy of mine.’

At least they got one word right, though it took till the 3rd from end word
“National institution”? Lol

National laughing stock more like.

If they were successful there would be none of this nonsense from their fans. We didn’t hear a peep between 2005 til 2009 when Mansour rocked up. Happy to accept the trophies then weren’t they? Same with that hypocrite Neville, if they were such bad owners why didn’t he hand a transfer request in back in 2005?
I'm not sure he is a hypocrite.
Yes, he could have handed in a transfer request but his boss, Ferguson, was still in situ and reassuring the world that everything was hunky dory. Anyway, it's unfair to expect an employee to police his employer.
Now, I did wonder, a year or so ago, if Neville had backers lined up (possibly including your man bankrolling Salford?) to buy out the Glazers and was positioning himself as the face of said takeover, such as Niall Quinn did at Sunderland... but no. It wouldn't appear to be the case.
Right now, he is trading on being the "fan's man" who is on good terms with people inside the club's and therefore au fait with its inner dealings. His problem with this strategy is that he has painted himself into a corner with his vehemently anti-Glazer stance. People come and go from jobs in every walk of life. This is particularly true at executive level when the ship is sinking. With each passing week, let alone season, Neville will inevitably become more distanced from the inner circle of the club. Pretty soon, he'll be trading on rumours circulating around the club, far below board room level. And that will damage his value as a pundit. In fact, he'd be in danger of being seen as a crank (albeit further down the line).
Thing is, I suspect he knows all this (after all, he has seen pretty clearcut evidence of it with Solksaer's abrupt departure). For me, if he continues to denounce the Glazers, fair enough. He's speaking up for what he believes in.

Gary Neville is gobbling off again. He is stating that no more money should be taken out of yoonitid until everything is fixed.
I assume he does not understand simple finance and how a business works. Further, does he not understand it has fuck all to do with him what the Glazers do. Stick to running your own money laundering scheme, ergh sorry football club.
If I knew what sanctimonious meant I call him a sanctimonious prick.

We are often told that football is a special sector of industry and normal financial rules do not apply.
Our owner has dispelled that arrogant statement but the Glazers cannot be criticised for not investing in players or managers.
Of course they fund their own failing USA based core ventures and I see nothing wrong with that.

Perhaps this is the way all cash cows conclude like a star eventually becoming a black hole they will disappear into darkness and obscurity devouring any normal matter to feed its own grotesque gravity.

Professor Cox has got a lot to answer for my ramblings I'm afraid.

No I welcome your ramblings. I remember when all football clubs were owned by local wealthy individuals. The rags saw a way to make huge amounts of money and dominate football, they became a company and floated on the Stock Exchange. Their vision proved very astute. They did indeed dominate English football. I did not hear one rag moan, even when they removed 'football club' from their name. The problem is, if you own something you have a legal right to sell it. You also have a legal right to take as much fuckin' money out of the business as you want to. It is after all, yours.
Why Neville thinks rag plc is any different I haven't a scooby.

Amazing all these keyboard warriors keep calling the Glazers out despite them spending Billions on players, sackings and wages and the odd tenner on the stadium. But no blame or mention is ever directed to the pure Greed by Ferguson which was mostly responsible for the Glazers taking over
Horse spunk.

The quote you have taken has to be trolling.

10,000 posts in 10 years would indicate that's a dedicated amount of trolling. Talk about joining the istree bandwagon at the wrong moment...
