Like that guy, but future Barcelona-bound, a frequent guest in Romero's podcast and he is talking too much about his possible return to Barca and I would like to avoid that kind of situations. We would provoke the same problems as with Sane. That's why I would sign Raum.

He may end up liking it here and extend passed his original contract if he were to sign. Should we never sign anyone without any ties to us? Who cares if he likes barca right now do you think david silva liked city before he joined or zaba liked us before hand? Also sane would have extended with us if he played more it wasn't just because he wanted to go to bayern.

Another generation or two before him, but the great Ferenc Puskas ended up running a café — not a restaurant, nothing as ritzy — in Budapest, I believe.
Garrincha died completely destitute. Before even my time, but those who saw him said that they rated as the greatest, with no exceptions.
They really did not have much to go to when they hung up their boots. Yes, they earn obscene amounts of money these days, at least in the top flight, but I wouldn't want to go back to the days when they were essentially indentured servants.
