Haaland was a delayed Aguero replacement. Alvarez is a Torres replacement. We’ve sold Jesus and Sterling and bought Haaland and Alvarez. Two forwards for two forwards.

I've never been a big fan of his but I accept he has done well for us in terms of attitude, team play and contribution, tap ins etc and wish him well. I'm trying hard to think of the occasions when he's been a "matchwinner" for us, especially v the top sides in his time at the club and struggling to recount any !Whatever one thinks about Sterling being frustratingly inconsistent you can’t deny he has been a match winner for us on many occasions. However, given his demands and the fact he only had a year left on his contract, £50 million is a good outcome for us.
He will be missed but there’s nothing else the club could have done.
Pretty sure the arrival of Alvarez and Haaland combined with more opportunities for Palmer and Grealish to flourish will more than compensate for his departure.
The club know what they’re doing for certain.
done well for him Raz , got a long deal on that till he is 33/34
Maybe more agents will follow Kevin and Raz and ditch their agents
Txixi blinder!!! Brilliant deal for city.
seeing that the team / squad that finished last season was good enough to win the Premier League, I think its reasonable to use that as the base line when looking at ins and outs.Haaland was a delayed Aguero replacement. Alvarez is a Torres replacement.
I really don't want Raz to go, but it's undeniably a good deal for us. I just hope Haaland and Alvarez hit the ground running, and wouldn't mind another wide player in either.£50m and £300,000 a week off the wage bill for a guy with one year left who wasn’t happy? Gotta take that as a positive haven’t we!
Immense piece of business !£50m and £300,000 a week off the wage bill for a guy with one year left who wasn’t happy? Gotta take that as a positive haven’t we!

He got around 7 or 8 goals matchwinning goals in one title winning season not that long ago.I've never been a big fan of his but I accept he has done well for us in terms of attitude, team play and contribution, tap ins etc and wish him well. A match winner?
In our title winning season he literally won more points than anybody with his goals, those last minute winners v Bournemouth, Southampton for example.
Tap ins lol another shit stick to beat a player with, rather say that than say incredible movement to be consistently unmarked in the 6 yard box, the timing of his run etc.
Your post is one of the worst I have read for revisionism or justification for a dislike of somebody.
Anyway enjoy these match winning moments you may have forgotten about while you delight in his transfer away from City.
And quite possibly could have replicated the past 2 seasons form over the coming campaign. Best wishes Raz but great deal for us.week off the wage bill for a guy with one year left who wasn’t happy?
Maybe it was Mr Evans :)Guy at 17 seconds (Bournemouth)looks really happy.
World class at times but even with his figures genuinely frustrating as fuck most of the time.
However, thanks for the service to us and his swansong was that cross to Mr Whippy.
Good luck at Chelsea, think he'll need it they won't put up with what he added to the games a lot of the time and I suspect he'll be lucky to see out a couple of seasons there.
