Etihad Campus, Stadium and Collar Site Development Thread

Great news, about time that dead space was used.
Might be easier to get a beer now as well!

There were 2 mobile beer bars/karts there last season. They were always busy and sold out of beer. Probably a test run to see if it was worth putting a proper bar there. Obviously it was. As you say, will make getting a beer easier. Why it's taken City this long is anyones guess. Correct, it's always been a dead space or a space to store items on occasions.

They weren't there every match tho, were they?
I don't bother going for a beer at half time most games, I'd miss ten minutes of the second half if I did, I refuse to go early.

Interesting.

Seating and corporate areas on the ticket (stadium layout) website.

Shows how much the corporate areas have been expanded over the last few years.

Tickets left for the 1st home game against Bournemouth.

Went on a bit of a bike ride today and ended up at God's own, anyway here are a few pictures I took of the construction of the Co-op Live Arena.

I know that pre covid there was re assessment of stadium expansion. I think Khaldoon also referred to it in one of the chairman end of season videos.

Any rumours or updates on if this is back up or gathering pace? Or is shelved for now? He even referred to blue wall single tier example similar to Dortmund.

I know the excitement at the moment is for CO-OP and the venue itself and the potential revenue generated for city from it. But would love some news on stadium development as I see Liverpool are expanding to 61,000 and work has already begun.

i would imagine, we would have completed our reassessment aswell as its been 2 years now since that first covid wave when the chairman video i think was done end of season.
