I just watched Sane's goals. It was not so much the goals but his pace. I know Sterling was frustrating at times but his pace would have completed Haaland's. Also Kevin found both Sane and Sterling, so often, with telling passes. I miss those days, even though we have won so much. I thought the days with Sterling on the right and Sane on the left were so exciting.

nothing on saturday made me feel we are about to hit the ground running for the start of the prem.
I wish i felt as confident as the posts on here, id take a draw. west ham will be out the running blocks, pressing and pushing like never before, then next home game they will get beat 3-1 at home !
very tough one sunday.

We lost the community shield last year and won 6 of our first 8 matches.

Dean is a shit for the new rules , remember raz and some giant , stoke i think it was , that rule faded away but he wanted to make us the example , expect some crap decisions not in our favour

We really need to win on sunday, the dippers will beat Fulham, and I think chavs, arse, and spuds will all win too

Usually go West Ham by coach

What are the best routes to the ground from Euston and which are the best pubs

Was thinking walk from Euston to St Pancras. Then to Stratford International. Find a pub round there and then walk to the ground

Team wise I think it will be: Ederson, Walker, Cancelo, Dias, Ake, Rodri, Bernardo, De Bruyne, Grealish, Foden, Haaland.
Obviously Mahrez could start over Phil but don't expect many changes from last Saturday

Walk to St Pancras & catch the South Eastern High Speed service to Stratford International (takes 7 minutes & Oyster card / contactless can be used on it).
Just outside Stratford International station just inside Westfield shopping centre, there is a fantastic bar called "Tap East". Gets a bit busy with West Ham fans, but it's friendly and welcomes away fans.

Weather looks great for Sunday - there's loads of outside bars along the river near Hackney Wick station. 10 minute walk to the ground.

Always go to Hackney Wick. Much better than dealing with Stratford. Get the tube to Highbury & Islington and then the overground to Hackney Wick. Go to Crate or Howling Hops which are next to each other on the way to the ground.

This is a mega difficult first fixture for us or anyone I think.

They have recruited well and will be bang up for it.

having flashbacks to spurs away last season tbf
