At least the club are making an attempt to lessen the burden this places on so many.
We’ll see if other clubs follow suit.

I think they took the decision as out of all the sports going on around the country football is the one where there is the highest chance of fans who are either ambivalent or antagonistic to the idea of a hereditary monarchy to make that known vocally or with banners. The FA/PL made a hasty decision and I think it has backfired the best way for football to show respect was like West Ham and Utd did last night. Many sports around the world have held a minutes silence and I found them touching. I am a monarchist and the way the West Ham fans sang the anthem because they wanted to is a genuine show of respect not cancelling games at the last minute and I really can't see the logic behind this its not as if they had to follow a protocol.
Can people stop this respect bullshit?Vague nonsense about respect?
One day you (or anyone) will want respect for your personal loss or grief, even from the people you don't like, we would all expect that.
I just think you can't expect respect if you can't give it.
A lot of people are actually mourning the loss, a day of no football doesn't cost anything but it does respect the occasion. As boring as it is .
Good to see. Shame it has to happen at all.

Why what has he said TLWYS ?Sinclair being investigated for his comments by TalkSport. Sister station of Talk Radio where all the presenters believe you can say anything you like, obviously until it’s something they don’t like. Hypocrisy knows no bounds anymore and satire is no longer needed…….
If I take unpaid leave Malaysia will suffer from loss of gas productionEverybody is showing respect. It seems some are demanding of 100% respect 24/7.
Will you be going to work this week, or taking unpaid leave?
Prince Andrew was very pleasant when he visited our schoolI'm going to make this my last post on the topic because I'm becoming too impassioned, but what's fucking me off more than anything is every media outlet, braindead celebrity, figure of authority, every disingenuous politician, telling us that the whole nation is bereaved. That the whole nation is mournfully reflecting. No, they don't get to speak for everyone, and they certainly don't get to speak for me. I'm not affected in anyway.
The Queen was a one off; the rest of that family are repugnant, and it's high time this anachronistic charade was abolished.
That doesn’t answer the question, but does beg are you some sort of Malayan gas producer? If I take unpaid leave Malaysia will suffer from loss of gas production
