How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

Now that would be worrying. You'd expect 95 year olds would be a higher percentage of deaths than 96 year olds.

I‘m not going to judge the findings until I’ve heard from people who have read page 77 of THE book.

Or, maybe more people die when they’re in their 97th year than their 96th year due to life being increasingly hard for that age of people and it wasn’t meant to be meant literally.

Maybe you need to up your game on the doorstep to increase Labour’s chances of winning the next election. Humour can help.

The 'Looney fucking Left' are the Communist Party, and they support Brexit. So if you want to avoid the 'Looney fucking Left' you should block pro-Brexit threads as they are supporting Communist Party policy.

I thought I was being humorous!

Once you get past the mid-80s you're statistically more likely to die this year than next year.

But then stats are wonderful things. One of the early anti-lockdown anti-vax placards was that 99% of people survive Covid. So only a few million would die from it.

Covid has of course reduced the overall number of deaths, but war is the main thing that reduces deaths, as there are fewer people left to procreate. So stats can be horrible things.
 
Pretty sure this guy still thinks that Brexit's a winner.

JRM has been moved away from Minister responsible for finding Brexit benefits and Govt efficiencies to a new post - his replacement is ........no-one. Are we to presume this is as good as Brexit gets and he has made Govt Uber efficient now?

To be quite honest, sticking your head in the sand so you don't have to see the results and crying about the "looney left" probably captures how Brexit is going about as well as anything.

Now, I’m as outraged by Brexit as anybody and think it’s one of the most ridiculous self harming acts we could have done but that looks like a graph without any context and with absolutely no meaning, unless I’m missing something?
I’d have thought it needed the EU or at least some other countries as points of comparison, as that would take full account of covid and the like and reflect the true position.
