They never were.
You were sent the letter but if you ignored it it wasn’t chased in U.K. courts,
Your car was just impounded if you returned to France.

I was there in 2018.
Blithely told the Mrs not to worry as I was flashed. To be fair they had just lowered all the speed limits so caught me out.
Got home to FOUR bloody envelopes on the mat.
Paid them all cos we go every year.
I’ve a funny feeling they have not yet been stopped from accessing the DVLA.

That’s what we voted for. Taking back control. I'm waiting for the time when they are replaced more often than Premier League Managers.

Just think that Herr Klopp might outlast five PMs.

Strange coincidence.
Britain keeps changing PMs in a desperate attempt to get back to the great days of empire.
A certain football club not a million miles away, keeps changing managers in a desperate attempt to get back to their heights of success.
Sadly for both, it’s not really working.
