Might be wise to take stu's advice with a pinch of salt OB, he's a treadmill hamster nowadays, probably watches the eastenders omnibus and gets through a packet of hobnobs on his "runs"I don't think any fuel is needed for a half marathon. If you really feel that you want to take something, you could do a lot worse than one or two OTE Super Gels or Maurten gels early on in the race (one every 30 minutes-ish).
