Ref Watch

Thought the officials gave them the benefit of the doubt in nearly every 50/50, every time they went over easily it was a free kick to Dortmund and when ours did, play on.

No big decisions that affected the game but it did disrupt our rhythm.

There were 2 tackles in quick succession, one on Bernardo, then another on KdB, resulted in a booking for a Dortmund, but only a throw in, the second "tackle" on KdB may have been out of play hence the booking and throw in, but a long way from me, I thought the first on Bernardo was very reckless, and was surprised it wasn't given. I think he pointed them out when he stormed onto the pitch, as well as the one on Foden.

As someone pointed out above he seemed to have a good first half, less good second half, but I thought he lost the plot after we equalised.

Rag Anthony Taylor is referee, apparently we have not won in 5 when he's reffed!

Pep has a 73% win % at City but with Taylor it's 52%.
United have a 65% win % under Taylor.

IMO action should be taken

Under Taylor's games, United have the highest % win 65%, then 3 other clubs before City.

Who were the 5 teams we didn’t win against? Would be interesting to know

And funnily enough every United fan is convinced he’s a diehard blue and hates them.

He's our new Peter Walton.

Half expect him and Dipper England on VAR to fuck us today.

Thought he had a good game today. Can understand why the Wolves fans at the game would be on his back, but watching all the decisions back, he got them all correct from their dodgy penalty appeals to the red card. He also avoided over reacting to any fouls from us e.g. the Dias one when he had a high foot and it must be easy to give out soft cards to keep the crowd on side after sending a home player off.

Weird how City fans seem unanimous in their opinion that he had a decent game today but Wolves fans to a man seem to think he had a shocker/ is bent/ is a City fan.

Even the brightest among us are not safe from being totally blinkered.

That goes for all teams’ fans.

Some fans believe that if the opposition enter our final third that we are lucky not to concede a goal.

Stats don’t matter to these people. They know they are right.

Therefore the debate will rumble on.
