Immigration was the reason most people voted to leave the EU as the people with the most to lose voted for the first time in decades, it did not work as multi national companies carried on raising the population of Britain. We have been changing our agreements for centuries with Europe so nothing has changed except Germany without Britain can no longer afford to bail out Spain, Italy, Turkey or Greece.

We’ve never been involved in bailing out any of those countries. We helped Ireland a few years ago but that all got paid back.

The only bright spot and I am clutching at straws here! Is that Truss was only voted for by a third of her own MPs, she is a worse version of Johnson because he was only ever taking the piss, she believes the Britannia Unhinged shit. Whilst the Tories won’t bring down their own government, they can make her job very difficult and even force her into an early election.

When we have a GE and/if the Tories win again, considering a lot of them have had a pop at the big job the ones that are left are going to be worse.

We as a country deserve these people because we have an opposition that can't tell its arse from its elbow.

No we have never been directly involved, but all those counties need it now. do not get me wrong i voted to stay, but the blame culture is wrong for every minus there will be a plus. we are out but can never leave.

Don’t agree, Starmer will do a good job. He will lead a coalition and bring in PR, this will then mean we never have to suffer an undiluted Tory gangster government again.
 
33% of British export businesses have stopped exporting to the EU - that is some economic damage.

So it makes no difference to Germany with regards to bailouts if we’re not there. Thanks for confirming.

Not being funny but do you have evidence that the countries you mention need “bailing out” ? I thought the UK was now the worst performing country in the G20 apart from Russia that is under sanctions.

I will vote for Starmer, I was referring to the constant shit show before him.

Some in the Labour party really don't want him in the hot seat they class him as a Tory.
