It happens quite a bit on here: people suggest bizarre formations so they can fit players in their team, rather than considering the football side of it. There's also an irrational and inate fear of United due to the past and their incredible run of luck at the Etihad recently.

As if Pep goes for some utterly alien formation which doesn't suit any of our players against a team well below us in terms of ability and at home too.

I don't particularly consider myself a smart tactician and I haven't played football on a full size pitch since I was 15, but the derby thread the week before the game makes me feel like Johan Cruyff.
