The only option that I can think of, other than Gundo, is playing Akanji as the number 6. I’m not sure I completely trust Gundo. He’ll have to be very disciplined and not push too far forward.

problem is Cancello defsively isnt that great when at fullback or in midfield either

Maguire wont play..he wont get anywhere near the pitch....It will be Varane and Matrinez who are much better

Tbh rodri is arguably our most important player with how we set up. His passing and way he breaks up play is vital for us. Feel if anyone else was out we would be ok but rodri is too important and we have no cover

It s not just that, its his physical ability to play the role...he doesnt have it

Yes he is , sadly , but then he gets away with wrestling every game and that is an advantage forthem as olivar wouldnt give us a pen unless thor gets decapitated
